It's time to take your practice to the next level!
Join Danielle for this intro to arm balances workshop. Together we'll learn about the body's mechanics in an arm balance, how to prepare our bodies to achieve these poses, why we practice them, and how to incorporate an arm balance practice into our yoga class.
Already have an arm balance practice? Wonderful, lets see how we can upgrade, stabilize, and incorporate new transitions and variations into your existing practice.
