Together, we’ll create a space to realign with our goals and manifest the year ahead through a series of powerful practices, including:

*Guided Hypnotherapy Meditation: Enter a deeply relaxed state to reprogram your subconscious mind and anchor your goals.
*EFT Tapping: Use Emotional Freedom Techniques to release the old and embody your new intentions.
Join us as we collectively shift energy, set meaningful intentions, and lock them in with techniques designed to empower your mind, body, and spirit. This workshop is perfect for anyone seeking a mindful and rejuvenating start to the year.

By popular demand, this 4 week series is designed exclusively for new practitioners.
By joining a group of peers in this no pressure, warm, and welcoming environment, you will learn all you need to know in order to gain confidence in your yoga practice.
(Note: You will only need to sign up for the series one time, using the link for February 2nd @9:30am.
You will be automatically added to the list for the consecutive weeks.
Amy Staskelunas is an experienced teacher who knows this practice inside and out. With her instruction, you'll learn proper alignment, breathing techniques, ways to safely modify your poses, and how to utilize yoga props in your practice.
If you've been wanting to come to the studio and begin your yoga journey yet aren't quite sure you can keep up with our Vinyasa classes, this is the place to start. By the end of this series, you'll have the experience needed to attend any of our larger group classes with the advantage of having a strong, and intentional foundation to grow from.
FAQ:
*Do I have to be in great shape to attend?
No. You don't have to be in great shape, but you should be able to easily get on and off of the floor unassisted. If you have existing injuries, it's best to consult with your doctor before embarking on a new movement regimen.
*Will the classes be hot?
No, the room will be warm (75-80) but not heated like our power classes. This moderate heat will greatly improve your pliability, making it easier for you to move your body and increase your range of motion.
*Can I come for just one or two classes?
Unfortunately not. This series is designed to give you cumulative knowledge and application. Each week you'll build upon what you've learned in the previous session.

Join us in Community to experience the power of Pranayama (breathwork), and the joy of Kirtan guided by special guest, Vedaji.
Vedaji's signature "Breath of Detachment", is an ancient breathwork modality that will guide you to access your subconscious mind and experience the depth of the Self beyond the superficial. These ecstatic breathwork techniques have the potential to take you to realms not accessed in our daily lives and can bring about profound realizations buried deep in our subconscious, leading to heightened Self-knowledge and personal growth.
Following breathwork, we will transition into Kirtan, a musical mantra experience sure to heighten your joy and speak to your soul!
There is no experience necessary for either of these events.
To prepare, please bring the following:
*Water
*Yoga mat
*Pillow and blanket (a limited number will be available at the studio)
*Journal and pen
Vedaji is a yogi, guru, mystic, community builder, and teacher to thousands throughout the world. He currently travels throughout the United States, South America, Europe, and India to lead retreats and group tours. As founder of the non-profits Food4Lives and Mindful Seva Institute, his dharma (life's purpose) is to raise global consciousness, eliminate the mental health crisis, and to create lasting spiritual communities (Sanghas), throughout the world. Through his signature Chitta Cleans Technique, Vedaji assists those looking to overcome harmful patterns and traumas to ultimately find their own unique dharma.
