A great place to start your yoga practice.
In this class, we'll cover any aspect of an asana (pose/physical) practice. Perfect for beginners, Foundations of Asana will focus on any of the following: proper alignment, meditation practices, breathwork, use of props, pose breakdown and more. This is a great place to start before visiting our Vinyasa classes. This class is also a wonderful grounding practice for the seasoned practitioner. You're never too advanced to revisit the foundation of your practice.

This class is accessible to everyone. Vinyasa yoga flows from one pose to another linking breath to movement and creating a deeper mind body connection. The work out is simply a bonus! Challenging poses will be accompanied by moments of rest and restorative poses to follow. A great balance of effort and ease.
Beginners will be offered modifications, experienced students will be given guidance and opportunities to level up their practice.
While we do believe that this class is for everyone, if you have never practiced Yoga before, we recommend trying out a Foundations class first.

For any body ready to move, sweat, inspire, and be inspired! This practice will challenge you physically and mentally to practice both courage and grace in body and spirit. This Vinyasa practice will offer basic and advanced poses with modifications or amplifications. Students should have some experience.

Yin Yoga is a slow, deep, contemplative practice. Physically targeting connective tissue with long holds and releases for improved health and mobility, while mentally focusing our awareness on the body's subtle messages and the present moment.
Yin is the perfect compliment to a Vinyasa practice.

This bi-weekly class encompasses all of the elements of Yoga. Here in the West, yoga is primarily understood to be Asana, or poses on your mat. However, Yoga has many other components that are often overlooked. In The Whole Practice, we'll dive in to one or more of these elements each time we meet and offer practical ways for you to implement all aspects of Yoga into your daily lives. These practices could include asana, meditation, breathwork, kirtan, philosophy and more. The Whole Practice is accessible to everyone and is intended to level up your life and offer support on your yogic journey.
