November, the true start to the holiday season, the time of year when we don't get as much sunshine on our skin, Mother Nature starts to push us back inside, and a time where stress seems to pile up.
In an effort to combat the challenges of the season, and promote and prioritize self-care, we are offering free Yin Yoga Classes.
Simply show up to one of our Power Vinyasa Classes on Monday or Wednesday night and stay for an hour of Yin, completely free of charge. No need to sign up ahead of time. Just let your teacher know you'll be staying.
Yin Yoga is a slow, mindful, and deeply connected practice. We ease our bodies into deeply supported postures aimed at accessing our connective tissue and encourage our breath, body, and mind to connect and slow down. It is a wonderful way to restore balance to your nervous system, which in turn has the ability to reduce your overall stress, proving to boost your mood and immune function.
Embrace the slowdown with us, you'll be happy you did.

Through Re-Inspire & Release Breathwork, we create an environment where the access to long held emotions stuck within the body can be released. To get our nervous system out of the trauma response, we must allow it to fully cycle through the emotions needed to bring it out of a contracted state. Expression of these emotions is paramount. Once expressed, the nervous system receives the signal that it is safe to let go of the constriction. We can rewrite a new story.

Join Rebecca and Danielle for a wholesome Cacao Ceremony before diving into the Yogic practice of Kirtan, a musical mantra experience of love and devotion.
This will be Rebecca's last Cacao Ceremony with us before she heads off on Pilgrimage to Peru, you won't want to miss this one!
