Join Danielle for a special 2hr Yoga and Kirtan Infusion.
This practice will begin with 40 minutes of Gentle Flowing yoga poses followed by 20 minutes of deep, restorative yoga. After a peaceful Savasana, we'll all join our voices in Kirtan, a Bhakti Yoga experience. No Yoga or Kirtan experience necessary for this event.
Please bring a yoga mat, water, and something comfortable to sit on (meditation cushion, pillow, etc).

A Vinyasa Flow for everyone! We'll link breath to movement with an emphasis on strength, softening, and self inquiry. This class is great for beginners or advanced students. A hot, All Levels practice that is sure nourish and challenge your body. We'll link breath to movement to build strength in your body while simultaneously strengthening your connection to your spirit.
