Join us in a heart-to-heart gathering of goddesses of all ages. This is a sacred circle, free of judgement and gossip, where are all welcomed with loving compassion and everything shared is held in confidentiality. Within our connection we create space for it all: sharing, deep listening, an honoring of our unique qualities and collective empowerment of the feminine divine. Vedaji and Nirvana Devi will lead an outdoor fireside kirtan, a Bhakti yoga musical offering of devotion. This call and response, musical yoga practice is sure to stir your soul. No experience necessary, bring an open heart and mind. You may also wish to bring a chair, cushion, or blanket to sit on and water to drink. This workshop will help teachers enhance their teaching skills through experiential exercises to tap into intuition and build confidence. Teachers will leave feeling comfortable delivering a strong class without pre-planning and without staying on their mat for the duration of the class.
In this 6 hour workshop we will work closely with one another to find the areas of our teaching that need strengthening.
